Curtain-side trailers combine the enclosed protection of a box trailer with the rapid side access of a flatbed. Retracting the curtain exposes the full length of the deck, so forklifts can load and unload from either side in a fraction of the time a rear-door trailer would take.
They are the right choice for cargo that must stay dry and dust-free but still needs fast turnaround at both ends — packaged materials, equipment in crates, consumables, insulation, electrical goods and general project freight.
